I can confidently say that the Hard Rock is the best place to stay on the boardwalk in AC.Īfter reading mixed reviews, I was a little worried about the service at this hotel. All in all a great stay and will be back. We were accidentally double charged for something which of course was taken care of as soon as I noticed and called. Last piece of advice - check your bill carefully. The music scene memorabilia was fun as well and of course, great people watching. Food was awesome (we had room service and Alexia’s Patisserie. They prob should have had a 2nd lifeguard due to the size and number of people in there. The pool was great but a bit of a madhouse.
We were in the newer South Tower (where the indoor pool was). My only complaint about the room was that we were close to the elevators and could hear them whizzing by all night. Our room was fantastic - very clean, stylish and we had a great view. Upon noticing I had kids in tow, she had lots of great recommendations both inside the hotel and out. Arlene LED Zeppelin at the front desk was so awesome. We got a great price through a 3rd party so I can’t complain too much :). I came here for a last minute overnight with my kids.
